In late 2009, Harley-Davidson® proclaimed November as military appreciation month. We were approached to create a mini-site, similar to the Free Country promotion we worked on a few months prior. The idea was that people could write a message to our troops overseas expressing their appreciation. Harley-Davidson® would print these messages on postcards and send them to the troops. The troops would also be able to get posters with the promotion's spokesmodel Marisa Miller, posing with Harley-Davidson® motorcycles in pin-up style.
